According to operational data, as of 11.00, September 16, 2022, 18 people, who are injured in the incident on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the border are in the Batken Regional United Hospital, Arzybek Borubekov, the health coordinator for the Batken region said.

All healthcare organizations and the ambulance service in Batken region have been transferred to an enhanced mode of operation.

There is a sufficient volume of blood components, medicines and medical products in hospitals to provide medical care.

Earlier, on September 15 the health authorities of Kyrgyzstan reported about 3 local residents injured as a result of border incident, including a 11 years old child as a result of the border conflict.
